Manage a portfolio of North American licensees and act as the primary operational contact.
Improve licensee operational and revenue performance across the portfolio.
Support openings/closings of locations and onboarding of licensees.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address service trends with licensees.
Provide system setup and training on core rental systems.
