Job summary

Home Instead is seeking an experienced Business Development Advisor to grow our referral network and expand our presence throughout Muncie and the surrounding communities.

You will be out in the community building a network, representing Home Instead, and creating partnerships that connect local seniors and families with the care they need. This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or healthcare marketing.
• Track record of achieving measurable sales, census, referral, revenue, or growth goals.
• Ability to build and maintain professional B2B/referral relationships.
• Comfortable with face-to-face outreach, cold calls, networking, and community events.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referral relationships throughout Muncie and surrounding territory.
• Grow and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, and senior communities.
• Identify and pursue new business and referral opportunities.
• Manage active pipeline and documentation of sales activity.
