Job summary

Shearer Supply, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and grow an assigned HVAC territory focused on American Standard dealers.

This field-based role requires building strong dealer relationships, expanding market share, and recruiting new dealers to meet sales goals. The TM will conduct Intentional Sales Calls, manage dealer development plans, and coordinate with branch resources to maximize territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven B2B sales experience or HVAC distribution preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned territory's HVAC equipment and parts sales.
• Maintain dealer relationships and recruit new American Standard dealers.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust sales strategies.
• Coordinate with branch, marketing, and operations to support dealer success.
• Prepare and deliver territory plans and activity reports.
