Job summary

Shearer Supply, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and grow the assigned geographic territory for American Standard dealers, focusing on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will build dealer relationships, recruit new dealers, and execute territory plans to meet sales and market share objectives.

Four days per week in the field visiting dealers, prospecting new business, and supporting program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong B2B sales experience encouraged.
• HVAC distribution or dealer-based sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify dealer needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop Dealer Development Plans for equipment mix and market share.
• Coordinate branch, marketing and operations resources to support dealers.
• Monitor dealer sales performance and growth potential.
• Recruit new American Standard dealers.
• Execute territory strategies and sales plans.
• Complete sales and activity reports on time.
• Visit dealers ~4 days per week in the territory.
