Job summary

Coastal Welding Supply in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in surrounding states. You will lead solution selling of gas products and related technology, build long-term relationships, and manage accounts across the territory.

The role requires 1–3 years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products is helpful but not required.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a sales territory.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and project scope with customers.
• Use Outlook, Call Proof, or other CRM platforms for planning and time management.
• Develop long term relationships with strategic customers and grow the portfolio.
• Review and manage accounts receivable balances to minimize working capital risk.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues with appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with local branch managers to promote sales at retail locations.
