Job summary

Emery Jensen, a division of Ace Hardware Corporation, seeks a Territory Manager to grow profitable sales across Maryland & Delaware. You will develop strategic plans, visit retailers, and collaborate with internal teams to expand Emery Jensen’s market share in the DC/Baltimore region.

The role requires 5+ years B2B hardware sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Base compensation ranges from $80k to $90k with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business to Business sales experience (preferred).
• Hardware sales experience a plus.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales and profit objectives by developing a strategic sales plan engaging retailers.
• Execute and implement new programs at the store level.
• Represent Emery Jensen professionally and ethically in day-to-day activities.
• Develop and foster relationships with key decision makers to grow Emery Jensen business.
• Organize weekly customer visits to meet Emery Jensen goals and objectives.
• Understand territory dynamics for new and existing business.
• Communicate with Leadership Team on successes and challenges to gain support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Share sales successes with team to achieve goals.
• Manage travel and expenses judiciously.
