Job summary

Convatec is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote Advanced Wound Care surgical products across a defined U.S. territory, partnering with hospitals, OR staff and care teams to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.

You will target accounts, plan territory activities, and cultivate KOL relationships while managing multiple stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in medical sales are required, with strong MS Office and presentation skills; travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of medical sales experience.
• Experience selling in OR or surgical settings preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical products within a defined territory to meet quotas.
• Develop new target accounts and expand sales in current accounts.
• Create and execute territory plans using performance data.
• Build relationships with health care professionals and KOLs.
• Represent Convatec at meetings and events; ensure compliance.
