Job summary

Ormco is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Business Unit Leader - Spark to own the global Spark business and shape next-growth platforms across aligners, hybrid treatment, and software-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in orthodontics, dental, MedTech, healthcare technology or adjacent markets.
• Deep domain expertise in orthodontic clinicians, products and workflows, including treatment planning and digital workflow adoption.
• Strong commercial acumen across growth strategy, pricing, competitive positioning, adoption drivers and market expansion.
• Travel: 25%-30%.

Responsibilities

• Own global Spark business performance including revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, forecast quality and portfolio strategy.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies that sustain Spark as a major growth engine for Ormco/Envista.
• Lead annual strategic planning, investment prioritization and operating reviews for the Spark business.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to convert global strategy into landed regional revenue.
• Establish clear KPIs, targets and operating rhythm for Spark and broader DSBU performance.
