Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Central IL Pioneer Territory Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team across Montgomery, Moultrie, Shelby and Christian counties.

You will coach agents, build strong grower relationships, and drive market share through on-farm engagements and strategic plans. The role requires agronomy or related business acumen, 3–5 years of sales leadership, and willingness to travel in rural Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant sales experience.
• Experience leading and coaching sales teams, preferably in ag or crop markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a high-performing Pioneer Territory sales team for Central IL.
• Coach relationship-building, sales tactics, and on-farm customer engagements.
• Set growth plans, monitor discounts, and drive year-over-year market share.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide solutions to growers through Pioneer products.
