Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager for NW Iowa to lead sales across Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, Palo Alto and Osceola counties. You will recruit and coach Pioneer Agents, develop growth plans, and maintain strong agronomic knowledge of Pioneer products.

Travel to support customers is required and a driving record check is mandatory. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in agronomy, business, or marketing and have 3–5 years in sales leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, managing and coaching individuals.
  • Ability to pass a driving record background check.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a rural environment.
  • VISA sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • International relocation is not offered for this position.

Will consider other degrees with related field sales experience.* At least 3-5 years of sales experience, managing and coaching individuals.
