Job summary

Farm Family in the United States is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated region. You will market, manage, and expand all lines of farm, ranch, and commercial insurance through select distribution partners, while guiding strategy and underwriting alignment.

You will build strong partner relationships, conduct business reviews, and lead data-driven plans to meet production and profitability goals. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience with P&C distribution partners in farm/ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and forming P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and conduct business reviews.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Lead data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support agency partners.
