Aerolam Insulations is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Ghaziabad territory, focusing on B2C retail channels and dealer/distributor management in building materials.

You will appoint and manage dealers, push showroom-based sales, conduct market visits, track competitors, and ensure timely orders and payments while traveling extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2C retail sales.
• Proven dealer/distributor (channel) sales experience.
• Building material industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Appoint and manage dealers/distributors; grow the network.
• Drive retail (B2C) sales through showrooms and retail counters.
• Conduct market visits, dealer meets, and product promotions.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
