Job summary

Aerolam Insulations seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth for its insulation products in the Indore territory. You will generate and manage sales, aiming for both retail and project targets and expanding the enquiry pipeline through dealers, contractors, and HVAC consultants.

We value techno-commercial acumen, proactive drive, and strong communication. Experience in HVAC, insulation, or related building materials is preferred; B.Tech/B.E. is preferred with MBA as optional.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, insulation, construction materials, or related building material industry preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities are essential.
• Willingness to engage dealers, contractors, architects and end users to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales in the assigned territory.
• Achieve retail and project sales targets.
• Develop and expand the enquiry pipeline through dealers, contractors, HVAC consultants, architects, and PEB fabricators.
• Work closely with HVAC consultants, contractors, retailers, channel partners, and end users.
• Ensure execution of major won projects.
• Manage distributors with focus on secondary sales, stock management, and pricing discipline.
• Ensure timely payment collections from distributors and dealers.
