The role combines strategic outreach, relationship building, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and care teams to ensure smooth transitions to treatment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to assist patients, families, and referral sources seeking treatment services.
• Assess and develop strategies to improve patient access and drive census growth.
• Build, maintain, and enhance strategic partnerships with referral sources.
• Pursue new referral opportunities to drive regional growth and awareness of Kolmac’s services.
• Represent Kolmac at industry trade shows, health fairs, and events.
• Coordinate treatment by acting as a conduit between referral sources and internal teams.
• Produce timely and accurate reports, including Salesforce data and annual strategic plans.
