Qualifications

• Strong analytics to inform decisions.

• Business development experience to manage and grow a territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of call center operations and managed care systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to assist patients, families, and referral sources.
• Develop strategies to improve patient access and census growth.
• Build and nurture partnerships with referral sources.
• Pursue new referral opportunities to drive regional growth.
• Conduct presentations to promote Kolmac’s programs.
• Represent Kolmac at trade shows, health fairs, and events.
• Coordinate treatment between referral sources and internal teams.
• Analyze competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
