Job summary

All Dry Services of Connecticut is seeking a Territory Development Manager to cover Fairfield County and neighboring New Haven County. You will build relationships with referral partners and commercial clients who rely on a trusted restoration company on call.

This growth-stage team rewards initiative: you’ll shape how the territory is developed, with CRM support, marketing collaboration, and hands-on leadership shaping the sales process.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B contexts.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to help shape a sales process in a growth-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new referral partners across the territory.
• Meeting property managers, adjusters, and contractors face-to-face.
• Running discovery and consultative sales conversations.
• Presenting All Dry’s capabilities and points of differentiation.
• Attending local networking and industry association events.
• Following up consistently and managing pipeline through CRM.
