Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a Business Development Manager to build a new territory in the Cincinnati/Boston region. This hunter-led field sales role focuses on creating opportunities, growing accounts from zero, and strengthening relationships with property managers, insurers, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales or account management with hunting focus.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel across the territory.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan targeting high-potential accounts.
• Source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events.
• Attend trade shows and industry events; convert activity into booked revenue.
• Run thorough discovery to understand customer needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Position the right Insurcomm and Fortify solutions and secure work authorizations.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless project handoff.
• Support client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
