Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive funding growth by managing merchant partnerships across your territory. You will train merchants on products, resolve operational issues, and expand business at the store level through strong relationship building.

As the main contact for stores, you will monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and execute growth plans with the NAM. This full-time role requires regular travel and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Field visits to merchant locations, building relationships and gathering insights.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned stores, ensuring top-tier service.
• Address operational concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Track KPIs and report performance to merchants and internal teams.
• Lead onboarding and training for new partnerships with the NAM.
• Identify growth opportunities at the store level and share insights.
• Partner with NAM to execute a strategic territory plan with coverage.
