Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive funding volume growth by managing merchant partnerships. You will train merchants, address operational needs, and implement growth strategies, serving as the primary contact and collaborating with internal teams to meet account objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management, strong communication, and comfort traveling. This is a full-time role with a base salary plus commission, covering Midwest and West Coast territories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to resolve conflicts quickly.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the retail or service sector.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to merchant locations within territory, building strong relationships.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned stores.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address operational concerns with timely solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and report metrics to partners and internal teams.
• Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding and conduct product/service training for new partners.
• Growth Identification: Identify growth opportunities at store level and share insights.
• Territory Management: Collaborate on strategic territory plans with NAM and partners.
