Job summary

Fairchild Equipment is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our North Dakota territory by selling new and used forklifts and related equipment. You will manage current accounts, develop prospects, and present proposals while supporting other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role offers a base salary with a car allowance and uncapped commissions, plus a full benefits package and a flexible schedule. Travel up to 80% of the year within the Fairchild footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years forklift sales experience preferred.
• 3+ years outside business-to-business sales required.
• Knowledge of forklift/heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the existing customer base within North Dakota.
• Sell new and used forklifts and related equipment.
• Develop proposals and quotations for customers.
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and Sales Coordinators.
• Prepare reports and CRM updates on customer needs and activity.
• Travel throughout assigned territory (80% annually).
