Job summary

Merchants Fleet is seeking an On-site FleetShare Ambassador based in Rockford, IL to deliver superior customer service and expert FleetShare support. You will visit sites, act as a FleetShare SME, and drive user documentation and program inspections.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Expect travel within the Rockford territory and reimbursement for mileage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in field support or account management.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for FleetShare locations in territory and conduct site visits.
• Act as subject matter expert within FleetShare and share consultative information with clients and internal partners.
• Facilitate documentation for new or renewing FleetShare users.
