Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Self-Managed Business Development Manager to drive conquest fleet sales in a defined territory. You will identify, prospect, and convert new small to mid-size commercial fleet customers not currently purchasing Stellantis products.

You will lead growth strategies, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with dealerships, upfitters, and fleet operators to expand market share for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, FIAT, and Ram commercial vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in business development or fleet sales.
• Proven track record of securing new business and revenue growth.
• Experience in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial fleet customers in the territory.
• Develop and execute new business acquisition strategies to increase conquest sales.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Conduct fleet reviews, vehicle demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Maintain forecasts and reporting to support territory growth objectives.
