Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking sales professionals to plan and carry out sales activities for assigned accounts in the fire service sector. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers in your territory and help departments with their firefighting needs.

Most reps are firefighters; while not mandatory, it’s highly encouraged to leverage product knowledge. This role offers commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire service product sales or EMS equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and business basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies for designated territory.
• Schedule sales activity and make calls to clients.
• Develop presentations of products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
