Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and basic computer applications.
• Experience in customer service and basic business principles.
• Must be able to plan, present and negotiate with clients in fire service context.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present presentations of company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships.
