Job summary

National Tank & Equipment (NTE) seeks a Territory Sales Representative for its Charlotte, TX area. You will own a territory, build trusted relationships, identify rental needs, and connect customers with equipment solutions.

Travel to customer sites and collaborate with branch teams to meet commitments. You will plan meetings, assess customer needs, prepare proposals, and support pricing discussions while documenting activities in CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• Experience in outside sales with customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused territory plan with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of customer engagement including prospecting, account reviews, and site visits.
• Build new relationships, expand accounts, and pursue opportunities for territory growth.
