Job summary

GC America Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to execute approved sales programs, maintain existing customers, and develop new business within a defined territory in the Northern Minnesota and South Dakota region.

The role requires traveling to dental offices, labs, and dealer partners to promote GC products. You will manage dealer relationships, leverage CRM data, and stay informed about competitor activity to protect GC’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years sales experience.
• Overnight travel and residence in territory (MN & SD).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell GC products to major accounts while maintaining existing ones and developing new business.
• Keep dealers informed of programs and promotions and assist with planning advertising/merchandising.
• Maintain and update CRM and sales data; analyze zip/postal code performance for opportunities.
• Train dealers on GC products and promotions when needed.
• Complete administrative reports promptly and accurately.
