Job summary

GC America Inc. is launching a new Inside Sales Division and seeks driven Inside Sales Representatives to grow our U.S. dental consumables business from a suburban Chicago base.

You will prospect dentists, reengage dormant accounts, and drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls while collaborating with marketing and field sales to maximize territory coverage. You will use Salesforce to manage the pipeline, meet targets, and develop long‑term relationships with dental offices.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years inside sales, telesales, customer service, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound calling, prospect new and existing customers, revitalize dormant accounts to close new business.
• Learn and sell GC America’s dental consumable products to dentists and dental teams.
• Build meaningful, long‑term customer relationships that provide value and drive loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Actively use Salesforce CRM, track activities, manage pipeline, and leverage data to drive results.
• Collaborate with field sales reps to support territory execution and alignment.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns and lead conversions.
• Join annual National Sales Meeting to recognize top performers and plan for the future.
