Job summary

GC America is seeking a Field Sales Representative to execute approved sales programs and achieve budgeted GC product sales. You will maintain existing customers, develop new accounts, and work with dealer partners to secure merchandising and promotional support.

Under the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage CRM data, travel throughout Northern Minnesota and South Dakota, and train dealer staff on GC products. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Driver’s license required.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to build dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales programs to meet or exceed budget for GC products.
• Maintain existing customers and develop new ones in the assigned territory.
• Update CRM and analyze sales by zip code to identify opportunities.
• Assist dealers with advertising and merchandising programs.
• Travel within Northern Minnesota and South Dakota; reside in the territory.
• Complete administrative reports promptly.
