Southeastern Traffic Supply is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to manage and grow a Florida/Georgia territory, focusing on new business and long-term customer relationships. You will spend significant time visiting Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and other markets, while coordinating with the estimating team for quotes.

The role emphasizes competitive drive, smart prospecting, and performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel across Florida/Georgia.
• Ability to work independently with a structured weekly schedule.
• Experience in field sales or industrial/blue-collar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business across FL/GA territory.
• Proactively prospect for and close new accounts.
• Visit active construction and DOT job sites regularly.
• Coordinate with estimating team to provide fast quotes.
• Build long-term relationships with contractors and DOT personnel.
