BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Pro to maximize full-cycle sales in the East DFW territory. This hybrid role requires travel to schools and events, with evenings and weekends possible to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include consultative service to coaches, revenue generation, lead development, CRM management, and cross-sport sales expansion. The position offers extensive training and a path to commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sports/ sporting goods preferred).
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Leverage CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Grow sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel locally within territory to manage client relationships.
