Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in East Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full cycle sales within an assigned territory and service coaches and administrators. The role involves consulting with customers, generating revenue, and managing accounts across multiple sports; evenings and weekends may be required.

The candidate will travel locally (2-5+ days/week) and work in a hybrid environment between home, school, and events, with extensive CRM usage and data-driven

Qualifications

• Self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Proficient time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
• Create a distraction-free home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities through cold-calling campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within territory.
