Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Pro in East Texas to optimize full-cycle sales in the assigned territory. You will service coaches, generate revenue, and qualify leads through cold-calling while tracking activities in our CRM.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment with evenings and weekends potentially required, and travel locally 2–5 days per week to schools and organizations within the territory to maximize relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across a territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Travel within territory 2–5 days per week, with possible overnight trips.
