Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a driven, relationship-first sales professional to build and own a growing Indiana territory, visiting contractors and dealers across the region with autonomy and support from an established sales team.

You will leverage a premium product line, modern tools, a defined career path, and a strong onboarding program to grow your own book of business while earning base and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to dealer networks or in building materials preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and trust development skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and conduct regular in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with contractor and dealer partners across your territory.
• Introduce new products and solutions, educating partners to sell confidently.
