Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full cycle sales in a territory serving coaches and athletic programs. This hybrid, full-time role requires local travel within the West Valley/Phoenix area and occasional evenings or weekends to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B outside sales (preferred in sporting goods) or related coaching background, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Self-directed with the ability to manage tasks and responsibilities independently.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across sports and levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to visit schools and organizations.
