BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY seeks a Field Sales Professional to optimize full-cycle sales in the Orange County territory. You will service coaches, manage local client relationships, and drive revenue growth while traveling 2–5+ days per week.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales (sports goods preferred) and a reliable vehicle. A hybrid work setup combines home office, school, and events with flexible hours and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Grow sales across sports and levels in assigned accounts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
