Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Pro to manage a local territory in East Valley/Phoenix. You will deliver consultative service to coaches, drive revenue, and expand accounts across sports while traveling 2–5 days per week.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B sales or coaching background, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a comprehensive training program and unlimited commission potential offering strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches across territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to client sites and events.
