Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, headquartered in the United States, seeks a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales within the West Phoenix territory. The role requires managing local client relationships in a hybrid environment, with travel to schools and events as needed.

Hours vary by customer needs, with evenings/weekends possible. The position emphasizes consultative service, revenue generation, lead development, and CRM-driven account management to drive growth across all sports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and driving record in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
