Job summary

ACO-US in Allen, Texas, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and brand presence within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong customer relationships in a field-based role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently under remote supervision with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products sold and new product launches.
• Keep management informed of store issues, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution and display in all assigned accounts.
• Document and report activities, including sales results, merchandising, and store observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
