National Gypsum Company in the Southwest territory seeks a Field Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for existing and potential customers across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. You will build relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects, and promote NGC products with a focus on service, technical knowledge, and responsive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of field sales experience in building materials.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with distributors, contractors, architects.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Promote NGC products to exceed volume and price objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects.
• Develop territory sales plans based on market analysis.
• Coordinate with sales management, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Identify and track eligible job leads and product opportunities.
• Address customer service issues ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage budget and prioritize activities.
• Stay technically knowledgeable about products.
