ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Territory Business Manager to own the Austin market. This field-based role focuses on new business development, prospecting, and closing significant client relationships through face-to-face selling.

You will drive lead generation, build a strong pipeline, and present tailored solutions to decision-makers while using CRM tools to track activity and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B, outside, or field sales focused on new business
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage pipeline
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience using social platforms to identify and engage new prospects
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation through in-person outreach and targeted visits
• Identify and research potential clients to uncover opportunities
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to hit targets
• Develop relationships with decision-makers via tailored presentations
