Zusammenfassung

Basemakers is seeking a full-time field sales and merchandising representative for the DMV area, covering Washington, DC; Northern Virginia; and suburban Maryland. You will visit grocery stores daily to improve in-store presence for multiple brands and work with store managers and brand partners to drive sales velocity.

You’ll operate independently from your vehicle, follow defined routes, and use mobile apps to capture data and coordinate with the Basemakers team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in field sales or brand ambassador work within grocery/CPG spaces.
• Ability to visit 6–8 stores daily and manage routes independently.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills with store managers and brand partners.
• Comfort using mobile apps to capture data and coordinate with team.

Aufgaben

• Visit 6–8 grocery stores daily to merchandise and sell multiple brands.
• Follow defined routes to visit stores 2–3 times per month.
• Work Monday–Friday with potential weekend hours to compensate time missed.
• Collaborate with store staff and internal teams to optimize in-store presence.
