Zusammenfassung

Basemakers seeks a full-time outside field sales and merchandising representative for the Southwest Houston area, covering Sugar Land, Missouri City, and nearby stores. You will visit 3-5 grocery stores daily, driving in your own vehicle, and act as a trusted advisor to store personnel while boosting brands’ in-store presence.

You will manage displays, stock, and placements, travel on a stated route, and collaborate with Brand Partner Managers and Sales Directors to meet KPI targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in grocery store operations or the ability to learn nuances quickly.
• Experience in route sales or brand ambassador roles.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-directed with high communication across team members.

Aufgaben

• Work 100% in the field, merchandising and selling for multiple brands.
• Visit stores on a defined route 2-4 times per month.
• Work Monday-Friday with early hours; some weekend work may be required.
• Collaborate with store managers, brand reps, and internal management.
• Capture data in-store using mobile apps and report back to brands.
