Wonderful Sales in Montpelier, VT seeks a Field Sales Merchandiser to strengthen grocery retail relationships and position displays for our popular brands. You will manage over a 100‑mile territory, stock shelves, and drive growth through well-placed merchandising and retailer collaboration.

The role starts early (7am), involves travel 3–4 times per year to LA, and includes a company car with a gas card and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products.
• Ability to form partnerships with store/produce managers.
• Strong selling, negotiation and partnership-building skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented and goal-driven with time-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 100+ grocery retail relationships within a 100+ mile territory.
• Determine best store locations for sales and merchandise displays.
• Rotate and stock company products on each grocery store call.
• Maintain schematic integrity during re-merchandising for remodels and openings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailer personnel and supervisors.
• Sell and maintain retail distribution of all HQ products in the territory.
• Accurately record data-gathering objectives via handheld devices.
• Execute and monitor marketing initiatives, POS, and coupon/tie-in programs.
• Provide chain-specific information and daily communication.
