Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative in Fort Worth, TX, a field-based role within the Food Retail Services team. You will manage a customer territory, grow sales, install and service equipment, deliver audits, and train customers on Ecolab solutions.

Overnight travel and weekend coverage are part of the schedule. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or have substantial outside sales experience; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of outside sales or industry-related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearance.
• Complete food safety audits based on the customer’s required visit frequency and evaluate each department for compliance.
• Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations.
• Train customers on use of Ecolab products and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by evaluating their needs with a focus on sales opportunities.
