Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative in Bentonville, AR to manage a customer-focused sales territory, install and train on cleaning and sanitation programs, and drive growth through new product introductions.

This field-based role requires travel up to 20% overnight, a 4-year sales background, and a valid driver's license. You will engage diverse customers and support food safety compliance while expanding market share in the region.

Qualifications

• 4 years of outside sales or industry related (foodservice, hospitality, etc.) experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning and sanitation programs and drive product adoption.
• Identify food safety risks and help prevent issues in customer operations.
• Grow sales through service excellence and new product introductions.
• Install and maintain equipment and provide hands-on training and audits.
