Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a field-based representative located in O'Fallon, IL, responsible for installing equipment and conducting food safety audits across assigned territories. This role requires travel to nearby cities and occasional overnights, with weekend coverage as part of the schedule.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in outside sales or related industries, a valid driver’s license, and are prepared for emergency call duties during nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4 years of outside sales or related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment and collateral for proper function and appearance.
• Complete food safety audits based on visit frequency and evaluate department compliance.
• Facilitate sale of Ecolab products by suggesting improvements and innovations.
• Train customers on use of Ecolab products and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by assessing needs and identifying sales opportunities.
