Job summary

Ecolab in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Territory Representative to grow our Food Retail Services business. In this field role you will install and maintain equipment, conduct food safety audits, and drive sales through service excellence and new product introductions.

You will train customers, build lasting relationships, and travel up to 180 miles with 20% overnight travel and periodic weekend coverage. A high school diploma and 4 years of outside sales experience are required, along with a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years of outside sales or industry related experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Availability to provide emergency call assistance nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearance.
• Complete food safety audits based on required visit frequency and evaluate departments for compliance.
• Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by suggesting improvements and innovations.
• Train customers on use of Ecolab products and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers by evaluating their needs with a focus on sales opportunities.
