Job summary

NEFCO Corp. in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and manage both established and new customers in the construction supply market.

You will travel daily to commercial job sites and contractor offices, maintain day‑to‑day customer relationships, manage quotes with inside sales, and push for growth in profitability. The role requires strong negotiation, CRM and MS Office skills, self‑motivation, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Daily travel in assigned territory to commercial sites and offices.

• Conduct regular sales calls to customers and prospects.
• Lead joint calls with vendors and NEFCO sales management.
• Support inside sales during quote/order processes.
• Use CRM to record activities and manage follow-ups.
