McCurrach UK Ltd on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Customer Development Executive in Paisley. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a £30,000 base salary plus a 20% bonus and a company vehicle with a fuel card.

You will drive sales in Convenience stores, build strong retailer relationships, and deliver a territory business plan. You will need a full UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and reside within a 60-minute commute of Paisley.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG experience.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in UK with 60-minute commute.
• IT and Social Media literacy.
• Entrepreneurial and target-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Face-to-face contact with Convenience retailers to build relationships.
• Execute category-based selling to grow outlets and brand presence.
• Create and execute a territory business plan to maximise sales and market share.
• Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practices.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain energy and pace to win stores.
