Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Development Executive to drive sales in Paisley and surrounding areas. You will build strong retailer relationships, promote beers and soft drinks, and deliver a territory plan to maximise availability and growth.

A full UK driving licence and a proactive, data-driven mindset are essential. You will join a team supporting iconic brands with a competitive base salary of £30,000 plus a 20% bonus, plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are essential.
• Ability to plan territory activities and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers.
• Establish and retain new business opportunities in the territory.
• Deliver a territory business plan focused on maximizing sales opportunities.
• Use data and evidence to drive best practice across the territory.
• Develop an adaptable approach to win over stores and grow market share.
